 How we work together

 

  • Based on what outcomes you wish to achieve, each coaching package will last for a duration of either 3 or 6 months. This will be determined between the coach and client at the outset. 

  • Coaching sessions will take place twice a month and last for 90 minutes to achieve maximum development.

  • Coachees will receive assignments to continue and optimise development,  and support via message and email, between sessions.

  • The coaching package will be characterised by deep and powerful distinctions, paradigms and actions to elevate life.
